The campground staff is ready for Spring Break Week and looking forward to seeing all of our incoming guests! “Spring Break will be filled with great events and activities every day during the week for our campers,” says Fred Foxx (campground Mascot).

Here’s just a peek at what all is planned for the campground’s Spring Break FUNfest Week. Stop by the store for more information; it will be open from 8a.m. – 7p.m. every day except Saturday the 17th when we will stay open till 10 p.m. for our Outdoor Movie.

 Dress Up Your Pet Day was such a special day thanks to all our guests that participated and their dogs for strutting their stuff on a holiday designated just for them!

DFW Connector is working hard to complete the construction most of us in Grapevine see on a daily basis.  A recent milestone announced was the completion of the first half of the entire project! 

Our guests and those visiting can stop by the DFW Connector website to view lane closures, recent milestones and other news.  They have also released an Iphone and a Droid app for quick mobile reference available now for download on to your smart phone. 

The DFW Connector mobile app was created to make it easier for you to get all the latest updates on lane closures and traffic switches so that you can be better prepared for your travels.  So come see us soon and enjoy the relaxing serenity the Vineyards Campground and Cabins has to offer no matter how far you’ve traveled.

 The Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) held its National Meeting and Outdoor Hospitality Expo last month in Savannah, Georgia, honoring The Vineyards Campground & Cabins as one of the nations’ top Guest A-Rated facilities for the forth year in row! GuestReviews reports that The Vineyards Campground shares this distinction, as one of the Best Parks in America, with only 12 other campgrounds and RV resorts across the United States. 

Thanks to everyone that filled out a survey—we have the best campers too! This was the forth annual online consumer satisfaction survey of independent parks which evaluated guest experiences with all 2,100 independent campgrounds and RV resorts affiliated with ARVC.
